HARRISON, N.Y. - Cleanup efforts were under way Tuesday morning in Harrison to remove debris caused by Hurricane Sandy.

Several sections around the downtown business district are without power Tuesday, including several traffic lights that were not operating. Approximately 10,000 Con Edison customers were without power at 11 a.m.
