Pleasantville Music Theatre is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, is well-known for mounting the more "quirky", "obscure" and "off-the-beaten-path" musicals that no other group will touch, such as Kiss of the Spider Woman, Assassins, The Who's Tommy, The Baker's Wife, and most recently, the Westchester premier of Monty Python's Spamalot, which won rave reviews.

Their productions are quite lavish, with beautiful costumes, scenery, and full orchestras, and run by a professional artistic staff. This production will feature two professionals from the original Off-Broadway production, specifically, Andrea Dockhorn as costumer and Brian McPartlan, as the sound designer.
