The center specializes in hormonal weight loss programs, including its signature B3H+ metabolic cleanses, Lean Body dietary supplements, guided nutritional programs, acupuncture and personalized one-on-one fitness training, among other techniques.

To add to its holistic approach to weight loss and healthy living, NY Health & Wellness now offers Kitchen Kleanses and supermarket store tours with nutrition specialist Jessica Santiago.

The objective of each program is to educate consumers and navigate them through their local grocery store and kitchen to find the best-quality products for themselves and their families. The supermarket store tour offers consumers an immersive aisle-by-aisle guide into what to look for on the backs of labels, how to pick your produce, meats and fish, the differences between all-natural and organic and how to shop for family members with food sensitivities.

With Kitchen Kleanses, Santiago will come into a client's home and purge it of the foods that aren't going to lead to a healthier future; the food will be donated to a local food bank. In addition to getting rid of expired and less-healthy products, she teaches quick and healthy meal options.

"Since the kitchen is the heart of the home, running just like your body, it needs a good cleansing at least once a year and NY Health & Wellness is there to provide just that," according to a news release.
