HARRISON, N.Y. -- An open kitchen design, and the evolving menu that relies heavily on local sources, are some of the mainstays of 273 Restaurant in Harrison, according to a New York Times review.
The restaurant's central cuisine is Meditteranean and dishes are intended to be shared, according to the article.
Owner Constantine Kalandranis ( co-owner is Michael Raneri) opened 273 Kitchen in April. He also owns a restaurant in Nyack and is set to open a third in Mount Kisco, the New York Times said.
