Scarsdale Library Adds New Crocheting Program For Kids

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Children who want to learn to crochet or show off their skills can now do so at the Scarsdale Public Library in a new program for those in grades 3 and up.

Children can learn to crochet or continue on their own projects and yarn and hooks will be provided.

The program begins Thursday, Sept. 3, at 4:30 p.m. and continues for the following three Thursdays in September.

Children can learn to crochet or continue on their own projects. Yarn and hooks will be provided. As space is limited, registration is required for each session at www.scarsdalelibrary.org.

On Tuesday, Sept. 1, at 10 a.m., Robert the Guitar Guy returns with his special brand of music. Robert and his repertoire of more than 75 songs entertains young children up to age 5 as he conveys his delight in musical expression.
