Saw Mill Parkway Stretch, Route 22 Reopen After Crash, Downed Tree

The southbound lanes of a stretch of the Saw Mill Parkway have reopened after a serious multi-vehicle crash.

The crash occurred south of Exit 42 (Railroad Avenue) in Bedford at around 8:30 a.m.

Nearby, Route 22 reopened in both directions after a downed tree and wires in the area of Route 138 in Lewisboro.

There were also earlier delays on southbound I-684 just before 9 a.m. after a crash just north of Exit 8 (Hardscrabble Road) in North Salem) that is blocking the right shoulder.
