As a Nor'easter continues to dump rain causing flash flooding in the area, another major roadway in the region has closed.
According to the Westchester County Police, the Bronx River Parkway is now closed in both directions between the County Center in White Plains and the Sprain Brook Parkway split located in Yonkers around midday on Tuesday, Oct. 28.
