Woodlands High Basketball Teams Lace It Up In Dapper McDonald Tournament

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- This February, Woodlands High School's boys and girls basketball teams will compete in the 6th annual Dapper McDonald Classic basketball tournament, which supports ALS research and funds student scholarships. The first round of games will begin Thursday, Feb. 9, culminating in the championship game on Saturday, Feb, 11 at Harrison High School.

All proceeds will support The Dapper McDonald Scholarship fund, which is awarded to varsity student athletes at Harrison, Fox Lane, Port Chester and Woodlands High Schools. The funds will also support Dapper's House, an ALS resident community constructed in memory of ALS patient and avid sports fan, Richard “Dapper” McDonald.
