WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The organizers of the 11th annual Pleasantville Music Festival announced the naming, enhancement and expansion of the Captain Lawrence Beer Garden.
The Captain Lawrence Brewing Company in Elmsford has agreed to operate the craft beer garden and will, for the first time, introduce a “festival brew” especially for this year's festival.
This year, the Captain Lawrence Beer Garden will also feature an expanded footprint, to allow patrons of the Beer Garden better views of the Main Stage, as well as the return of the popular Beer Garden Stage, featuring bar-friendly music between Main Stage acts.
Captain Lawrence was awarded Best Craft Brewery in the Hudson Valley for 2014 by TAP New York, New York's Largest Craft Beer Festival.
Its tasting room is a weekend destination for hundreds of loyal craft beer devotees throughout the tri-state area. The Captain Lawrence Beer Garden will create a “tasting room experience," with the added bonus of live music.
Since 2005, the Pleasantville Music Festival has brought world-famous artists and breaking national acts together with local up-and-comers. Now in its 10th year working with its media sponsor 107.1 the Peak and 11th year over all, the festival is a must-attend summer event for friends & family, food & drink, a warm positive vibe, and of course, world-class rock.
