I-684 Crash Sends Vehicle Into Woods

A serious crash due to snowy and slippery roads shut down southbound lanes of I-684 in Westchester County for a couple of hours during the action on Monday, March 23.

Southbound I-684 in Bedford was closed due to a serious crash. The lanes have since reopened.

The crash, which sent a vehicle into the woods, took place around 1:50 p.m., said New York State Polie.

Southbound lanes in Bedford between Exits 4 and 5 were closed while the crash was cleared.

Details surrounding the crash and injuries were not available.
