Dover Woman Charged With Felony DWI Had Two Prior Convictions, Police Say

A woman with two prior convictions has been charged with felony DWI, police say.

New York State Police say Michelle Eastridge, 38, of Dover was stopped for a violation while driving on Route 82 in the town of Union Vale on Wednesday, June 19.

Further investigation revealed that Eastridge was under the influence and had been driving with a suspended license, according to police.

Eastridge was arrested and charged with the following:

  • Driving while intoxicated (two prior convictions), a Class D felony
  • Obstruction of governmental administration, a Class A misdemeanor
  • Third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, an unclassified misdemeanor

Eastridge was arraigned in the town of Union Vale Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 secure bond. She is scheduled to return to court on Wednesday, July 3.
