An Amenia woman was nabbed for stealing nearly $900 worth of merchandise on Saturday from the Walmart in Ulster, according to the Ulster Police.

Brittany S. Carroll, 22, was stopped by store security around 5:45 p.m. who found $880.91 worth of goods she had not paid for, police said.

Carroll was charged with petit larceny and released. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 5.
