Stolen Car Police Chase On Hutch, I-95 Ends In Crash, Arrest A stolen vehicle pursuit by Westchester County Police led to a crash at Playland Parkway and I-95 in Rye. The incident began around 9:06 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, when an alert by the Westchester County police Real Time Crime Center advised patrol units that a stolen Honda CRV was traveling southbound on the Hutchinson River Parkway, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police.
