Robbery Suspect Stabs Store Clerk, Breaks Into Home With 2 Children In Westchester: Police A Long Island man faces a boatload of charges after allegedly stabbing a store clerk during a robbery, mugging a passerby, and then breaking into a Westchester home with two young children inside, police said.  The one-man crime spree began on Thursday, March 16 around 3:45 p.m., when police responded to a convenience store in New Rochelle at 683 Main St. that had been robbed.  Upon arriving at the store, police found that the clerk had been severely assaulted and stabbed, according to New Rochelle Police.
