'Elegant' Eatery Opens Up New Location In Yonkers An Italian eatery that claims to serve some of the best pizzas in its area has reopened at a new location in Westchester.  Marcellino's Restaurant and Lounge celebrated its grand reopening inside the Royal Regency Hotel at 165 Tuckahoe Rd. in Yonkers with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held on Monday, Oct. 23.  The celebration was visited by Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano and other city officials, who said the new establishment boasts an "elegant dining area" and a patio for special occasions.
