Manager At Westchester Market Said Crash 'Sounded Like A Bomb Went Off' The manager of DeCicco Food Market in Pelham thought a bomb had exploded when a car backed into the front of the popular market. "It sounded like a bomb went off and the whole building shook," Store Manager Chris Dapolito said. "Thank God no one was in that area of the store at the time."
