Medical Marijuana Delayed Again In Westport WESTPORT, Conn. — Medical marijuana dispensaries and producers will have to wait until at least 2017 before coming to Westport, according to the Westport News. The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously ruled to extend the moratorium on medical marijuana for the fourth time, the Westport News reported. Nighttime Bridge Work Planned For I-95 In Bridgeport, Stratford In August BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- The Connecticut Department of Transportation will perform nighttime bridge work on I-95 in Bridgeport and Stratfort from Sunday, July 31, through Wednesday, Aug. 31. Bridge work will take place from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Sundays through Thursdays, and lane closures will be required. Owner's Cousin Chases Stolen Car From Bridgeport To Trumbull TRUMBULL, Conn. -- The cousin of a car's owner chased three Bridgeport women after they allegedly stole the vehicle and went on a Target shoplifting spree, according to the Connecticut Post.
