EASTCHESTER, N.Y. - The seventh annual Eastchester Relay for Life will take place on May 16 and 17 at Concordia College.
The American Cancer Society event will kick off with a luminaria event on May 16 at 10 p.m., where cancer patients, survivors and those who died of the disease are honored.
Eastchester Middle School teacher Andrew Weiss, whose mother died of cancer, will be one of the keynote speakers at the ceremony.
More than 110 students from the area's high school and middle school will be taking part.
