The 40 Under 40 honorees were selected based on their contributions to the industry and notable project work. “It is an honor to be included among the best in the industry, and to be recognized by such a respected publication,” said Skalaski. “I owe a large part of this recognition to my incredible team and their tireless efforts to ensure even the most complex retail projects perfectly reflect our clients’ visions.”
Skalaski heads Shawmut’s $265 million retail division overseeing complex, iconic, and luxurious retail projects for high-profile clients including flagship locations for Louis Vuitton in New York and Los Angeles; Cartier in San Francisco; Apple in New York; Hublot in New York; and 10 simultaneous retail build-outs for Wynn Encore in Las Vegas.
