Harpoon Hanna's Coffee Shop, located in New Rochelle at 211 Main St. (US Route 1), celebrated its grand opening on Saturday, April 1, and has already made its mark on visitors.

The coffee shop, which seeks to "spread a sigh of relief through consistency and reliability," serves a variety of hot and cold coffee and espresso drinks, many of which have nautical-themed names, according to its website.

Some of these maritime-inspired drinks include "Captain's Grog," which consists of drip coffee with dub espresso; "Mermaid Mar," an icy smoothie consisting of blended berries and milk topped with whipped cream; and "Some Beach, Somewhere," consisting of blended pineapple, coconut, and ice.

Tea lovers can also look forward to stopping by, as a variety of hot teas are also served.

Visitors can also grab a quick bite to eat from the cafe, including menu items such as avocado and ricotta toasts, oatmeal, croissants, and parfait.

The coffee shop has already received a warm reception from patrons, who left raving reviews on Yelp.

"The vibes are 'expeditiously chill,' but also unique and refreshing for the area," wrote Niki S. of Dobbs Ferry, who also added, " It offers so much - great quality drinks and bites, awesome underwater aesthetic, friendly staff, local ingredients, small business collaborations, and cool merch."

Debora M. of Cambridge, Massachusetts also praised the cafe's coffee.

"The real star of the show at Harpoon Hannah's is the coffee," she wrote, continuing, " I had a black coffee and it was super smooth which is hard to come by."

She also had good words to say about the food, too.

"If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, their fresh ham and cheese croissant is a must-try," Debora wrote in her five-star review, adding, "It is unique and a breathe of fresh air."

If you're hoping to try the place, it opens every day of the week besides Sunday until 5 p.m.
