Cortlandt State Sen. Ball Won't Run For Putnam County Executive

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- State Sen. Greg Ball recently announced he won't run for Putnam County executive, according to theexaminernews.com. 

Ball, who represents all of Putnam County, as well as portions of Westchester and Dutchess counties, said he had considered running against incumbent Republican MaryEllen Odell, but felt it wasn't the right time in his life to do so, theexaminernews.com reported.
