Wallkill Police Use Narcan To Save Goshen Overdose Victim

WALLKILL, N.Y. – Wallkill Police had to administer Narcan to revive an unconscious Goshen woman who was found in the bathroom of a Super 8 Motel, authorities said.

Police Officers Michael Nolte and Daniel Graham responded to an Emergency Medical Services call and found the 22-year-old woman unresponsive and showing signs of an overdose. The officers, along with Police Officer Laura Gannon were able to revive the victim with a dose of Narcan, officials said.

The victim was taken to Orange Regional Medical Center. 

This was the second time Wallkill officials had to administer Narcan within a four-day span. Officers also revived an overdose victim who was found in the bathroom at Target on Friday, Nov. 3.
