A 33-year-old man is facing a harassment charge after allegedly sending threatening text messages to a woman in Northern Westchester.
John H. Senseney of Cortlandt Manor was charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor on the morning of Monday, Nov. 19.
The female victim had allegedly been receiving threatening text messages from Senseney, Yorktown Police said. Upon making contact with Senseney, police were able to make the arrest after a voluntary surrender.
Senseney was arraigned by the Honorable Salvator Lagonia and subsequently released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Tuesday, Dec. 11.
