CORTLANDT, NY -- Shrub Oak resident Christopher J. Neri, 29, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, state police said.
Police said Neri was intoxicated Sunday morning when troopers saw his car failing to stop at a red signal. Police pulled Neri over and gave him a field sobriety test, which police said showed Neri had been drinking,
Neri had a blood alcohol content level of .17 percent, state police said.
He was ordered to appear in Cortlandt Justice Court.
