CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Richard Zeoli, a 58-year-old Montrose resident, was identified as the victim in a one-car accident in Croton-on-Hudson early Thursday morning, according to Detective Sgt. John Nikotopolis of the Croton Police Department.
Zeoli's car went down a ravine and struck a tree at the Croton Point Avenue exit on Route 9. He was pronounced dead at the scene, Nikotopolis said. Police are still investigating the accident.
Zeoli was a resident of Coachlight Square in Montrose.
