A 75-year-old Cortlandt Manor man, who police said was angry that his car had been hauled off, is accused of pulling a gun on a worker at Stiloski's Towing in Tarrytown, according to News 12.
Jonathan Oakley was charged with pointing a loaded 9 mm handgun at the employee, Tarrytown police told News 12.
Police were called to the automotive business, located at 155 Wildey St. in the village, after, they said, Oakley got into an argument there over towing fees, News 12 said.
Police said that officers were able to get the gun away from Oakley, who now faces misdemeanor charges, News 12 said.
