CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- An unidentfied person managed to get out after a car plunged into the water in Cortlandt on Tuesday night.
The Continental Village Fire Department was called to the scene when the vehicle went into the water at Roa Hook Road and Bear Mountain Bridge Road, according to authorities.
The Peekskill Vehicle Ambulance Corps also responded. The vehicle was later pulled out of the water, according to authorities.
