CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- The family of a Cortlandt man who was killed by a Tampa, Fla., dentist who was driving drunk in 2010 is not satisfied with the 12-year prison sentence he recently received, according to LoHud.com.
Douglas Kozar, 23, of Cortlandt was killed in 2010 along with his co-worker by Dr. Matthew Moye who was reportedly driving nearly 90 mph when he collided with Kozar's car.
Moye could have received up to 30 years in prison, according to the article.
