The Cortlandt Republican Town Committee is looking for candidates for November’s election.
Interested candidates seeking the Republican nomination for local elected office in the Town of Cortlandt must come forward by April 5 for inclusion on the committee's agenda for a meeting to interview qualified candidates.
Local elections for positions in the town will be held at this year's general election in November. Individuals who are interested in running for the Cortlandt Town Clerk, Receiver of Taxes or the two open cown council seats should contact Cortlandt GOP Chairwoman Suzane Sadofsky via email at smsadofsky@gmail.com by April 5.
Those interested must be a resident of Cortlandt and a registered voter and are required to submit a resume or other brief biographical information.
