Friday, July 20
Fabulous Sixties 8 p.m. Step back in time and enjoy some of the 60s most famous hits played by "Fabulous Sixties," at Croton's Senasqua Park. Admission is free.
Outdoor Movie Night in Cortlandt 8:30 p.m. Join other families at the Cortlandt's first outdoor movie night, showing "Gnomeo and Juliet" on the Cortlandt Engine Companies lawn. Bring a blanket, popcorn will be provided and concessions stands will also be available.
Saturday, July 21
The Bourbon Street Musicians with Author Kelly Z. Price 11 a.m. Enjoy a musical read-aloud with Kathy Z. Price, the author of award-winning book, "The Bourbon Street Musicians." Join in the fun with her friends Kooky-Bird and Corn-Doggy, and special guest, Hush Puppy. Make a Caterpillar-Kazoo and sing along with Butterfly Blue. Peekskill Jazz and Blues Festival 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. This is a free public concert in the heart of historic downtown that features music that will make you move. There will also be a "Craft Alley" of local crafters and artisans and a taste of all the diversity of food that Peekskill has to offer. The Peekskill Trolley will be providing shuttle service from remote parking areas and the train station to the downtown venue. The festival is located at Division Street at Park Street and Central Avenue.
Sunday, July 22
Skin and Bones 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Whats on the outside of an animal may not tell the entire story. Come along at Teatown Lake Reservation to investigate the ins and outs of animals by looking at bones, feathers, fur, teeth and more. This event is free for members and $5 per person for non-members.
