Silver Alert Issued For Missing Children Believed To Be Together

A Silver Alert has been issued out of the Vernon-Tolland Connecticut area for two children who are believed to be together.

On Tuesday, Nov. 24, at around 7 a.m., the Vernon Police issued the alert for help locating Kiera Stratton-Cyr and William Gauthier.

The two were last seen on Monday night, Nov. 23, at around 11 p.m., police said.

If anyone has information about the children, they are asked to call the police at (860) 872-9216.

Typically an Amber Alert is issued for missing children. A Silver Alert is usually deployed when an elderly person or a person with a cognitive disability goes missing.
