CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- Clarkstown residents are invited to join Supervisor George Hoehmann on Monday night for his first Tele-Town Hall.
Hoehmann said tonight's call will be the first of a series of Tele-Town Hall forums. The forums will be conducted over the phone, allowing the residents of Clarkstown to have direct access to their supervisor and town government. Residents will be invited to participate online and by telephone.
“Communication is the cornerstone of having a transparent and accessible government,” said Hoehmann. “These Tele-Town Hall forums are a great tool that we can use in our continuing efforts to make Clarkstown more accountable to the people. Opening the lines of communication with our residents is the key to ensuring that we are doing their will.”
During the call, residents can ask Hoehmann a question or comment on what is going on in Clarkstown.
