CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- Members of the Clarkstown Police Department are mourning the loss of Raymond, the department's animal control officer's Golden Retriever.

Raymond, who touched the heart of many children in the Clarkstown community, was handled and owned by Officer Pat McCoy-Coleman and her family.
