Body Of Man Found Behind Framingham Restuarant ID'd As Employee Police have identified the body of a man found dead behind a Framingham restaurant over the weekend  Anthony Junior Lopez was found behind Hot Table, where he worked.  The Office of Chief Medical Examiner is conducting an autopsy to determine what caused his death.  Investigators ask anyone who saw something unusual near the 1 Worcester Road restaurant on Saturday night to contact investigators at 508-532-5923. Framingham police, State Police, and the Middlesex District Attorney's Office are investigating the incident.

$100K Lottery Ticket Sold In Framingham What a weekend it was for one Bay Stater after they pulled a six-figure ticket playing the Massachusetts State Lottery.  The $100,000 ticket was sold on Sunday, April 21, at Moran's Market at 2 Fairbanks St. in Framingham.  The winner's name was not released, but the store will receive a bonus for the sale.  They were one of 218 people who won $650 or more playing the lottery on Sunday.  Click here to see a list of winners.

$1M Lottery Jackpot: Cambridge Man Turns $5 Into Seven-Figure Payday A Cambridge man who said he plays the lottery a few times a month scored his biggest win yet when he claimed a $1 million jackpot.  Paul Surinder won the massive windfall playing the "Waves of Cash" $5 scratch-off game. There is still one $1 million ticket for that game in circulation.  Surinder opted to take the lump sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity. Man Killed In Chicopee Convenience Store Armed Robbery ID'd: Police A man who attempted to rob a Hampden County convenience store and later died of his wounds has been identified as a 53-year-old South Hadley man, authorities said.  Robert Papalardo died Thursday night, April 18, after paramedics rushed him to Baystate Medical Center following the shooting in Chicopee just before 6:30 p.m., the Hampden County District Attorney's Office said.  An initial investigation found that Papalardo tried to rob the Zain’s Smoke Shop & Convenience on Montgomery Street when shots were fired, police said.
