The New York State Parole Board is about to release Samuel Ayala who raped and murdered two Westchester moms in front of their children during a horrific home invasion. Rob Astorino is outraged by the decision and wants to require unanimous Parole Board votes before any convicted rapist or murderer is released in New York. Astorino also wants the families of victims to be guaranteed the right to appeal before Parole Board members, in-person or by video, before any vote is taken.
