Man Accused Of Stealing $1,148 In Items From Northern Westchester Lowe's Store

A 55-year-old man was arrested for allegedly stealing $1,148 worth of merchandise from a Northern Westchester Lowe's store.

A Yorktown man was arrested for allegedly stealing more than $1,000 worth of goods from the Lowe's store.

Scott Guinee, of Yorktown, turned himself in to police on Thursday, July 18, following an investigation that he allegedly stole the merchandise from the store on June 22, said the Yorktown Police.

Guinee was charged with grand larceny and released on his own recognizance. Heis scheduled to appear in court on August 22.
