Fotis Dulos spoke outside the courthouse following his appearance on charges of tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution in connection with Jennifer Farber Dulos' disappearance five months ago in New Canaan.

“The only thing I have to say, again for one more time, is that my only concern are my children," he said. "I care deeply about them and I can’t wait to be with them again."

During the hearing, attorney Chris La Tronica, who recently joined Dulos' defense team, asked for a continuance of the case, which was set for Jan. 7.

Jennifer Dulos has been missing since Friday, May 24 when friends reported that she failed to show up for numerous appointments.

The last time she was seen was when she dropped off her children at school earlier that day.

The couple's five children have been living with their grandmother, Gloria Farber, in Manhattan since their mother disappeared.
