MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Author and Chappaqua resident Suna Senman will kick off a tour to promote her new book, "Peace: Discovering Life’s Harmony Through Relationships," at 7 p.m. Aug. 8 at the Khader Center in Mount Kisco.
Senman will lead a discussion about her book and "manifesting inner peace," according to a press release. The presentation will also include a guided meditation led by yoga instructor Joe Somodi.
The book is Senman's second in a trilogy in which the author tries to relate her definition of the meaning of "peace." Her first book was entitled, "Being: A Process."
Senman, who calls herself a "Life Transformation Facilitator," also blogs for the Huffington Post and has had articles published in Metro.
The Khader Center is located at 4 Smith Avenue in Mt. Kisco.
