Popular Teacher, HS Football Coach In Westchester Dies At 39
A popular high school teacher and coach in Northern Westchester has died at the age of 39.
Dominic Narcisco, a physical education teacher at Primrose Elementary School in Somers and a former assistant football coach at Somers and varsity boys basketball coach at The Harvey School in Katonah, died in his sleep on Monday, April 15 to the shock of the community. Narcisco grew up in Rockland and graduated from Tappan Zee High School.

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Experiencing Outages Worldwide
Millions of users of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp have been experiencing outages throughout the world.
Those outages were first reported just before 7 a.m. Sunday, April 14.
The main Facebook.com domain remained unavailable just before 9 a.m. WhatsApp messages aren’t being sent or received, and the Instagram app is not updating.
A month ago, on March 14, Facebook experienced its worst outage ever, with outages lasting up to 24 hours.

Not So Fast: Hillary Clinton Now Saying She'll Wait For Mueller Report To Decide On 2020 Run
Hillary Clinton may be hitting the brakes and backtracking on her comments from earlier this week that she has ruled out a third presidential run, according to a new report.
On Monday, March 4, Clinton, who lives in Chappaqua, stated that she won’t be running, but will “keep on working and speaking and standing up for what I believe,” during a News12 interview.
However, according to Maggie Haberman, the White House correspondent for the New York Times, Clinton’s comments were not meant to definitively rule out a potential rematch against President Donald Trump in 2020.

Larchmont Founder Of 'Proud Boys' Hate Group Steps Aside
The Westchester resident and founder of "Proud Boys," recently labeled a dangerous extremist group by the FBI, isn't so proud after all.
Gavin McInnes, 48, of Larchmont, co-founder of Vice Media, stepped down as leader of Proud Boys, saying the group "is not racist. It is pro-Trump. The media lies about this club constantly."
In earlier media reports, McInnes blamed fake news and Westchester billionaire George Soros for his demise and spreading lies about his group.
