Richard Fernandez, age 40, was arrested on Wednesday, Nov. 20, following a five-month investigation by the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. Investigators executed a court-authorized search warrant at a residence in Pomona, recovering cocaine, fentanyl pills, and other pharmaceutical drugs during the search. Domestic Dispute Involving Firearms Leads To Multi-Agency Response In Hudson Valley A Hudson Valley man was charged after he allegedly tied up and beat his wife and then held police at bay for more than eight hours after she escaped. The incident began in Rockland County around 9 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 27 on Fillmore Drive in Stony Point.
