BRONXVILLE N.Y. - The Bronxville School will host an open house for the parents of incoming kindergartners in the school's auditorium at 8:45 a.m. Jan. 30.
Parents will learn about the kindergarten program at the Bronxville Elementary School and how the registration process works. A question-and-answer period will follow.
Following the kindergarten orientation, parents should call Mary Reilly at the elementary school office at 914-395-0500, ext. 1304, to schedule a registration time.
Parents are being asked to bring the following items to finalize the registration process:
- A completed registration form, which can be found on the district's website.
- Two forms of proof of residence (either a tax bill, a contract of sale or a lease)
- Child's birth certificate
- A current immunization record, updated by a New York State certified physician.
The registration period will take place from 9-11 a.m. daily between Feb. 1 and March 1, except for the week of Feb. 18- 22, when the school will be closed for winter recess.
