Houlihan Lawrence Renovating Historic Bronxville Building

Houlihan Lawrence, which has been a trusted name in Bronxville real estate for years, will unveil the opening of a new office, bringing all their agents under one roof. Previously, the agents operated out of two locations in Bronxville until renovating their original office building -- a former farmhouse -- into a beautiful new estate. This historic property was originally purchased from the Cornelius Vanderbilt estate in the early 1900s.

William Lawrence first founded Lawrence Investments in Bronxville in 1888, establishing a strong corporate and philanthropic presence in southern Westchester. His contributions include Houlihan Lawrence Real Estate, Bronxville’s Lawrence Hospital and Sarah Lawrence College.

Houlihan Lawrence is still achieving great things in real estate today as they continue to lead the market in New York City's northern suburbs. Following in the footsteps of Lawrence himself, Houlihan Lawrence seeks to lead the way in Westchester real estate, as they have for over 100 years.

The office’s grand re-opening is on Sept. 15 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on 4 Valley Road in Bronxville. For more information or to contact an agent, visit their website.
