Wilton Police say two motorists pulled into the police department parking lot and drove toward the gas pumps on Friday, Oct. 4 around 10:45 p.m.

The driver of one vehicle reported that the other driver had been aggressively following him since Westport, police say.

Further investigation revealed that the aggressive driver, identified as Aliaksandr Heniush, 41, of Seymour, was under the influence of alcohol, police say.

Heniush was asked to participate in a series of field sobriety tests, which police say he did not pass.

Heniush was transported to headquarters, where police say he refused to submit to chemical alcohol testing.

Heniush was charged with DUI and operating a motor vehicle with the intent to harass. He was released after posting a $260 bond and was scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Saturday, Oct. 5.
