EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Each week the libraries in Eastchester, Bronxville and Tuckahoe present events, book clubs, movies and many other kinds of activities. Most of the activities are free of charge but may require pre-registration due to space limitations. Here is what's going on at the libraries this week:
Monday
The Tuckahoe Library will hold a meeting of the adult book club at 6:30 p.m.
The Eastchester Library will host the knitting club at 5 p.m.
Tuesday
The Bronxville Library will hold preschool story time for those 3-years-old and up at 4 p.m.
The Bronxville Library will hold the Rant and Rave book club for fourth through sixth graders at 6 p.m.
Wednesday
The Bronxville Library will host the Knitting Club at 11 a.m.
The Tuckahoe Library will hold a meeting of its Knitting Club at 7 p.m.
Thursday
The Tuckahoe Library presents baby story time at 11 a.m.
Friday
The Eastchester Public Library will present the film "Moneyball" at 1 p.m.
The Eastchester Public Library will present a mini book sale at 12 p.m.
The Tuckahoe Library will hold preschool story time at 11 a.m.
The Tuckahoe Library will host the AARP Tax Help session at 9:30 a.m.
Saturday
The Bronxville Library will present the foreign film " Father of My Children" at 2:30 p.m.
The Eastchester Library will present a mini book sale at 10 a.m.
Sunday
The Eastchester Library will present the film "Beginners" at 2 p.m.
