On Saturday, co-owners Doug Cedrone and Brendan Carroll will be joined by local elected officials for a special ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the taproom’s first month serving craft beers in the village.
Sporting a rotating stock of local, domestic and imported kegs of beer, Beer Noggin has become a popular destination, as they’ve ingratiated themselves to the community with a series of events during their first few weeks operating in the village.
Beer Noggin, which has been a dream of Cedrone and Carroll for nearly five years, came together quickly after construction began early this year. They secured building permits in April, had their draft system installed by May and made finishing touches last month before opening on June 29.
According to the co-owners’ Beer Bloggin website, the two describe themselves as “beer enthusiasts bringing our professionalism, love and passion for the world’s greatest beverage to Bronxville.”
The grand opening celebration for Beer Noggin, officiated by Bronxville Mayor Mary Marvin, will be held at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday at Beer Noggin at 102 Kraft Ave.
