Mom Admits To Killing 2-Year-Old Daughter, Slashing Police Officers In Westchester A Westchester mother has admitted to killing her 2-year-old daughter and attempting to slash a pair of police officers. Cynthia Arce, pleaded guilty in Westchester County Court that she intended to kill her daughter, Gabriella Boyd, and that she stabbed two police officers on April 28, 2018 in Mamaroneck. She pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and attempted aggravated assault. Arce was previously offered a deal of 25 years to life if she pleaded guilty in the death of her child.
