PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. Pace University pitcher Michael Tamburino made the Daktronics All-East Region Second Team just one week after he made the Northeast-10 Conference Second Team.
Tamburino started 11 games this season and went 7-2 with a 1.48 ERA in 85 innings. He also threw four complete games. Tamburino ranked sixth in the NE-10 in ERA, ninth in strikeouts, tied for seventh in wins and tied for fourth in complete games. He ranked fifth in the country in hits per nine innings and 13th in ERA.
Tamburino helped lead Pace to a 29-19 record and a NE-10 Southwest Division Title with a 17-4 record in the division.
