Modern Glass House In Briarcliff On Market For $1.7 Million

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. – A modern glass house in Briarcliff Manor built to specifications for a young family and their disabled son 45 years ago is now on the market for $1.795 million through Houlihan Lawrence, LoHud.com reports.

Dick and Sandy Swift Parrino bought the property on Marlborough Road for $20,000 in 1970, according to lohud.com

After Dick Parrino died in June, Sandy Parrino felt it was right to put it on the market, according to LoHud.com.

The Parrinos teamed with Dobbs Ferry architect Ferdinand Gottlieb to renovate the home to accommodate their son, Paul, and his motorized wheelchair, lohud.com said.
