Woman Charged For Fake Amazon Workers Shelton Home Invasion

A Fairfield County woman has been charged in an alleged home invasion where the suspects dressed as Amazon workers.

The home invasion took place in New Haven County on Monday, Jan. 10 in Milford.

On Sunday, May 22, Milford Police arrested the Shelton woman, identified as Dominique Jackson, age 25, for allegedly taking part in the crime.

Jackson's arrest is the third in connection with the case in which two men dressed in Amazon delivery uniforms and carrying a package, forced their way into the home at 494 Naugatuck Ave., when the homeowner opened the door, according to Officer Marilisa Anania, of the Milford Police.

Police have not revealed what took place during the home invasion and whether the owner was injured or if anything was stolen.

They also did not divulge Jackson's role in the crime.

Following her arrest, Jackson was charged with:

  • Conspiracy to commit home invasion
  • Conspiracy to commit robbery
  • Conspiracy to commit larceny 
  • Criminal liability for home invasion
  • Criminal liability to robbery
  • Criminal liability to larceny

She is being held on a $150,000 bond.
