Local residents charged were: 

Westchester County

  • On Friday, Sept. 13, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Joseph M. McGovern, 34, of Cortlandt, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Albany Post Road in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Friday, Sept. 13, State Police from Somers arrested Michael P. Frieman, 55, of Somers, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Tomahawk Street in the town of Somers, when he was involved in a three-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Sept. 14, State Police from Brewster arrested Philip J. Smyth, 29, of North Salem, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Sept. 14, State Police from Somers arrested Joseph A. Rosa, 40, of Somers, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Bedford, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Sept. 14, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Caryn L. Fodera, 55, of Cortlandt, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

  • On Sunday, Sept. 15, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Alexis Acosta, 26, of White Plains, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Sept. 15, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Carlos B. Vasquez, 53, of Croton-on-Hudson, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9s in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Dutchess County

  • On Friday, Sept. 13, State Police from Lagrange arrested Christopher Fouhy, 35, of Poughkeepsie, for DWI with a previous conviction within ten years, a class E felony. He was traveling on Hooker Avenue in the city of Poughkeepsie, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Sept. 14, State Police from SP Poughkeepsie arrested Daniel J. Gile, 38, of Pleasant Valley, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 44 in the town of Pleasant Valley, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Sept. 14, State Police from Dover Plains arrested Tricia L. Kendziera, 27, of Beekman, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 55 in the town of Pawling, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

  • On Saturday, Sept. 14, State Police from Brewster arrested Andrew E. Seibert, 30, of Carmel, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 52 in the town of Carmel, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Sept. 14, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Ubaldo G. Campos, 43, of Carmel, for DWI with a prior conviction within ten years, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st degree, both class E felonies. He was traveling on East Main Street in the city of Peekskill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

  • On Saturday, Sept. 14, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Lisa Marie Giugliano II, 43, of Danbury, for DWI.
